Customer Service Rep - Insurance – San Bernardino

Local Company in Redlands is in immediate need for a Customer Service Rep experienced in servicing existing personal lines clientle, including client contact, preparing applications, proposals, marketing, rating utilizing carrier web sites, generating proposals and Producer support. The service representative is responsible for reviewing and checking policies for correctness. Request changes to policies from carriers, send confirmations to clients. Invoicing of policies, audits and policy changes, servicing accounts, account rounding and coverage recommendations. All work is processed via the Applied Agency Management System. Maintaining customer records by updating account information.



Candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year minimum commercial or personal lines insurance experience needed and

P & C Insurance license REQUIRED
